Avengers Infinity war is running successfully in the cinemas and has become a blockbuster. We have seen that how powerful Thanos is and how all the superheroes were unable to defeat him. So someone more powerful needs to be in the Avengers team to defeat Thanos.

And the glimpse of that can be seen in the post credit scene of the avengers infinity war. In that scene Nick Fury is seen sending a message to someone before he disappeared. The person is non other than Captain Marvel. She is said to be the most powerful superhero of the Marvel cinematic universe. And the post credit scene made it clear that she is going to be the part of Avengers Infinity War part 2 which will be released in 2019.

But before that she is going to get a solo movie of her own known titled as Captain Marvel. And it may be the story of how she became Captain Marvel.

But here I am going to tell you all about the 9 insane powers of Captain Marvel which can be used to destroy Thanos in the Infinity war Part 2.

As we know Thanos is very powerful and all the superheroes combined couldn't defeat him. So here Captain Marvel will be the key superhero who can help others to defeat him. That takes a lot of power to defeat a villian like Thanos and Captain Marvel has many which can be used against him.
So here are the 9 powers of Captain Marvel which can be handy in defeating Thanos.

9 insane powers of Captain Marvel which can be helpful in defeating Thanos

1. Her 7th sense - It is just like spiderman's spider sense in which he can sense something wrong which is happening. She has an upgraded version of this power. She can sense anything wrong before it happens and so she can stop her enemies before they execute their plan.
    
2. Her powerful energy blast - This is a power which enables her to execute photon blast. This is more powerful than the Iron Man's energy blast and this increases if she goes binary.
    
3. She goes Binary - Captain Marvel can transform into an ultimate form called binary. This enables her to reach her peak strength. In this form her other powers amplifies and she also gains other abilities too.
    
4.  She has cosmic awareness - She has the ability to sense what is going on in the cosmos. And so she remains fully prepared to face anyone coming from the cosmos towards her.
5. She can absorb energy - She can not only blast energy but also absorb it. Iron man's energy blast and Thor's thunder would have no effect on her because she can absorb energy more powerful than that.
6. She can control gravity - Yes, it is also one of the powers of the powers of Captain Marvel. She can fly and defy gravity which gives her extra edge towards her opponents.
7. She is a skilled pilot and fighter - This is not her superpower but an skill that she possess as she was a fighter pilot before gaining her powers. It's just like what black widow do in the avengers movie.
8. Speed and immense strength - She can fly at supersonic speed and has immense strength, even bigger that Hulk. At binary level, this amplifies and it's said that she can travel with speed of light.

       9. She can survive in vacuum or space - She can survive in space without oxygen but loses her
           power. But her temporary binary form enables her to retain the powers.
